How to return a product
You can return a product ordered on www.infinitedeals.ro, within 14 calendar days of receiving the package under certain conditions (see Terms and Conditions).
Follow the steps below:
Contact us and send complete information with order details via email to: infinitedeals088@hotmail.com.
Prepare the package: we advise you to use the same packaging in which we shipped your order.
The return is free of charge, if requested and processed through the existing section in the User Account.
Return conditions
The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (with all accessories, labels intact, without traces of use). Products that are altered or show physical changes, bumps, scratches, dents are not accepted. If the returned product has damaged or incomplete packaging, signs of wear, scratches, bumps, missing accessories, missing warranty certificates, we reserve the right to withhold an amount from its value, the amount that will be communicated after assessing the damages caused.
Refund
If the return conditions are met, the amount paid for the returned product will be refunded to the beneficiary by bank transfer, to the account from which the payment was made or the account communicated, within a maximum of 14 working days from receipt of the product by the seller.
We reserve the right to refuse to refund the amount and return the product to you if the product does not meet the quality requirements.
